We're looking for a hardworking Asphalt Laborer to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a skilled crew, and taking pride in building quality roads, driveways, and parking lots, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with asphalt paving and repair projects
- Rake, shovel, and spread asphalt materials
- Operate hand tools and assist equipment operators
- Perform site cleanup and general labor duties
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Construction or asphalt experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Valid driver's license is a plus
