- Execute floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Manage sanitation processes by using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to ensure a safe environment.
- Handle laundry duties with care, ensuring all items are cleaned and returned promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and responding to inquiries with a positive attitude.
- Maintain janitorial supplies inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and organized.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness across all facilities.
- Demonstrate professionalism while interacting with clients and team members, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
Basic qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hotel or commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques for various surfaces, including carpets and hard floors.
