Job description:
Shift leads are responsible to open or close the store and run the day to day flow. This includes creating a plan, assigning employees to their stations, managing production and ensuring store standards are upheld. Shift leads work closely with management to provide exceptional customer service, solve problems and focus on cookie quality with a positive attitude.
Shift Lead Responsibilities
