Role Summary:
Join Our Client s Customer Success team as a Business Operations Specialist, supporting Account Managers in executing and scaling customer projects. You ll ensure operational data accuracy, coordinate stakeholder inputs, and help drive process standardization and digitization. As projects grow in complexity, your work will improve visibility, reduce manual effort, and strengthen day-to-day execution. If you enjoy data, coordination, and continuous improvement, this is a high-impact role with clear opportunities to expand your capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Track headcount, resource allocation, and project operational metrics
- Maintain and update operational data based on stakeholder inputs
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and visibility of information across systems
- Coordinate with Account Managers on stakeholder communication and follow-ups
- Collect, consolidate, and align internal/external stakeholder inputs
- Support contract-related processes (updates, amendments, documentation)
- Assist with financial tracking and preparation of project-related data
- Manage requests, tasks, and deliverables to keep projects on track
- Identify inefficiencies and contribute to workflow/template improvements
- Support tool usage and simple system enhancements to support digitization
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Experience supporting project coordination, sales operations, or customer success operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
- A detail-oriented approach to data accuracy and operational readiness
- Interest in process improvement, automation, or digitization initiatives
- Comfort working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage shifting priorities
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
Other Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking and basic analysis)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar tools
- Exposure to CRM systems or data management platforms (preferred)
Important Notes:
- Account Managers retain ownership of communications; you ll support alignment and execution through operational coordination.
