PeaceHealth is seeking a Director of Nursing, Women's & Children's Services to lead clinical excellence, drive operational performance, and inspire high-performing teams in a mission-driven healthcare environment.
In this key leadership role, you will oversee nursing operations, champion patient safety and quality outcomes, support caregiver development, and partner with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to deliver exceptional care. - Bachelor's degree in Nursing required

Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required within two years of hire

Minimum of five (5) years of progressive nursing leadership experience, preferably within Women's & Children's Services

Experience collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

Experience in a unionized environment preferred

Current Washington RN license, or ability to obtain prior to hire
