3DPT is looking for a motivated and encouraging Traveling Front Office Coordinator (FOC) to be a part of covering our 9 clinics when needed or working out of an assigned home base that could also vary depending on need. Locations include mostly Adrian and Brooklyn, but could also be periodically needed in Tecumseh, Hillsdale, and Blissfield as well. In this full-time role, you’ll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with families while delivering personalized, compassionate care in a supportive clinical environment.
A FOC is responsible for greeting patients and assisting them in the administrative portion of their therapy visits. The ideal candidate possesses an encouraging disposition, a positive attitude, has good communication skills, has the ability to multi-task, and is proficient with computers.
