Responsibilities

- Support fundraising initiatives by cultivating relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners

- Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively to support programs and initiatives
- Supervise management teams and staff, providing guidance on best practices in education administration and classroom management
- Collaborate with educators on curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment methods
- Engage in public speaking engagements to promote the institution’s mission and programs to stakeholders and community audiences
- Participate in classroom observations and working with students to ensure a supportive learning environment
Skills
- Proven experience in curriculum development and education administration
- Strong background in fundraising, donor relations, and resource development
- Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management within an educational setting
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing projects
