Choice Clinical Services (CCS) is seeking a licensed Clinical Therapist who is comfortable working with BOTH children and adults, to perform In-Person and Virtual counseling services for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have the following professional license with the State of Maryland: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C. Preferred candidates will have certifications or experience with working with children and adolescents. Please do NOT apply unless you have experience with children or a desire to serve this population.
The candidate should be able to perform independent psychotherapy during normal business hours to include at least one evening and/or one weekend block of time to support our off-hour clients. We offer both telehealth (virtual) as well as in-person services at our two office locations. We support a flexible work schedule and highly value the work-life balance. The better our staff feel, the better care they provide to our clients. You will be able to work with our leadership team to design your clinical hours around your desired schedule.
This position would be based out of our College Park OR our Greenbelt MD offices. CCS is a woman owned, women led private group practice serving area residents and the University of Maryland (UMD) Student Population.
Our staff are a community of LGBTQIA+ affirming therapists specializing in marginalized populations and are an actively anti-racist practice. Many members of our team specialize in the unique challenges facing Persons of Color (POC) in educational and professional settings.
We are a growing locally based practice with strong leadership and referral sources. CCS can easily support a new clinician case load of 25-40 clients per week depending on your desired engagement. You will define your preferred hours and we will work with you to craft your desired caseload. Your schedule will be filled in 30 days or less depending on our current client needs and your clinical specialty.
