What You Will Do
- Handle live transfer calls from consumers actively seeking debt relief solutions.
- Consult with clients to assess their financial situation and present the right program.
- Guide clients through enrollment with urgency, empathy, and full compliance.
- Follow up on pipeline and pending enrollments to maximize close rates.
- Hit and exceed monthly enrollment targets in a quota-driven environment.
- Maintain accurate disposition and notes in CRM on every contact.
What You Bring
- Turnkey from day one. You know the process, you know the back ends, and you do not need hand-holding to start producing.
- 2+ years of debt settlement sales experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to take control of a call, handle objections, and close with confidence.
- Familiarity with debt settlement back-end providers and CRM platforms is a strong plus.
- High accountability, competitive mindset, and strong follow-through.
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a significant advantage.
- Coachable, hungry, and ready to operate in a structured performance environment.
Compensation
- The highest commission rates in the debt settlement industry. We do not get outbid.
- Earn up to 3 points per deal with rates that escalate based on volume.
- Daily SPIFFs and monthly bonus opportunities.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday. Flexible 8-hour shifts.
- 100% Remote.
