Lead HVAC Service Technician

A-Team Comfort Systems has spent over twenty years taking care of our neighbors across the Hudson Valley with heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and water treatment. This isn't just another tech position- it's a leadership role with a real path to management for the right person.
What You'll Do
- Take on our higher-level service calls- the tough diagnostics that other techs can't crack
- Serve as a go-to resource and mentor for our junior technicians, helping them grow the way someone once helped you
- Diagnose and repair AC and heating systems, including ductless and ducted mini-split heat pumps
- Represent A-Team the way we've built our name: honest advice, no pushy sales tactics, treating every customer like family
- Grow into a management role as you demonstrate leadership. We're planning for the future, and we want you in it
What You'll Bring
- High-level diagnostic skill in both air conditioning and heating systems - this is a must
- Experience mentoring or coaching other technicians (or the patience and character to do it well)
- A positive attitude - we're a family business and a real team, and how you treat people matters as much as how you turn a wrench
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- EPA certification; NATE certification a plus
