Are you a current/ ex junior, college, or pro hockey player who is driven, tenacious and wishes they could still have a career in hockey?
Perfect Skating, founded by Shawn Allard (former Skating and Skills Coach of the Colorado Avalanche and personal performance coach to many of the NHL's top players), is seeking an ambitious, ex or current hockey player to help continue building our brand and programs as we launch into the greater Boston market.
The ideal candidate:
- Played hockey at a high, competitive level (junior, collegiate, professional, or equivalent).
- Outstanding skating, coaching ability and technical knowledge, with a passion for teaching skill development to kids of all ages.
- Schedule flexibility to skate in early mornings and late afternoons and evenings.
- Entrepreneurial - you see the opportunity and have passion to grow and develop both the business and our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on-ice skating sessions for youth and adult athletes, ensuring a structured and engaging learning experience.
- Design and execute skill development plans following the Perfect Skating methodology.
- Communicate clearly and patiently with skaters and parents about progress, goals, and feedback.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
