Licensed Massage Therapist — Full-Time W2 Employee
$50,000–$65,000+ total compensation | Ithaca, NY
We are hiring 1 NYS Licensed Massage Therapists for permanent W2 employee positions in a growing medical massage practice. 40-45% commission with increase after 1 year based on performance and number of sessions/week.
This role is designed for therapists who want stable income, real benefits, meaningful work, and a more sustainable pace.
You’ll work with clients seeking pain relief through a medical massage treatment plan. We value quality of care, thoughtful communication, and protecting the therapist’s long-term well-being.

Schedule
Approximately 10–15 sessions per week with flexible scheduling.
Work is in person at our beautiful Ithaca office overlooking Cayuga Lake.
Ideal Candidate
- NYS Licensed Massage Therapist
- Experience working with clients in pain
- Strong anatomy and physiology knowledge
- Skilled in therapeutic, trigger point, myofascial, or medical massage
- Professional, dependable, and confident communicating with clients
- Looking for a stable, long-term position
