Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Clover POS , ensuring quick and correct processing
- Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience
- Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to uphold health standards
- Support kitchen staff by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food preparation when needed
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience with OpenTable reservations system or upselling techniques is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
