About the Position:
Coach‑Mentors is seeking a part‑time Therapeutic Coach‑Mentor to work with a young adult male who benefits from structured support with independent living skills, daily routines, healthy activity and social engagement, and employment readiness. This role is hands‑on, relationship‑based, and focused on helping him build consistency, confidence, and practical skills in everyday life.

About You
You are someone who brings maturity, steadiness, and genuine care to your work. You likely recognize yourself in several of the qualities below:
- Experience supporting individuals facing life challenges, mental illness, and/or substance‑use recovery
- A degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field, or you are completing your degree and have several years of relevant experience
- Teachable, flexible, and highly dependable, with a strong sense of personal integrity and a solid work ethic
- Energetic, confident, and positive, able to motivate others and model healthy routines
- Relationship‑oriented, able to connect with clients while maintaining clear, healthy boundaries
- Comfortable holding others accountable and not conflict‑avoidant
- Able to pass a national criminal background check

Coach‑Mentors helps adolescents, young adults, and adults translate therapeutic goals into real‑world success. We provide structured, practical support that reinforces the work clients are doing in therapy or following discharge from treatment.
Our Coach‑Mentors offer positive, therapeutically supportive mentoring, helping clients build skills, routines, and confidence through consistent, real‑world practice. We meet clients in their homes and communities at times that work for them — daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Sessions take place in natural, comfortable environments such as the client’s home, a coffee shop, a park, or while engaging in a healthy, purposeful activity. Coach‑Mentors are action‑oriented, focusing on:
- Implementing therapeutic strategies
- Organizing daily life and priorities
- Building independent living skills
- Supporting healthy recreation and fitness
- Strengthening social engagement
- Assisting with job search and employment readiness

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
