We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and experienced RN Supervisors to join our skilled nursing facility team. These roles are essential in providing high-quality resident care, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for residents and staff.
Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN) & RN Supervisor:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and resident care standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of nursing professionals.
- Compassionate, patient-centered, and committed to quality care.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Develop, implement, and update care plans
- Accurately document patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs as needed
- Educate residents and families on care plans and health conditions
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and infection control standards
RN Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shifts
- Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure quality resident care
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to staff
- Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate staffing and support shift coverage as needed
- Address resident and family concerns and escalate clinical issues when appropriate
- Support interdisciplinary communication and care planning
