Responsibilities
(include but are not limited to):
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
- Assess residents and monitor changes in condition, reporting concerns as appropriate
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Assist with developing, implementing, and updating individualized resident care plans
- Supervise and support CNAs while promoting teamwork and high-quality resident care
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and regulations
- Positively interact with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers while promoting person-centered care
Skills & Qualifications
- Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative member of the care team
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
