Server - Figulina (Raleigh, NC)
Pay: $25–$41 per hour (including tips)
Figulina is an independently owned restaurant in Raleigh’s Warehouse District, built around craft, seasonality, and genuine hospitality.
Handmade pasta is our foundation, but the menu continues to evolve. Alongside it, you’ll find thoughtfully composed dishes shaped by North Carolina’s seasons, with influences from the South, Europe, and beyond. Everything we do is rooted in care, from the way we cook to the way we welcome guests.
As we continue to grow and expand our hours, we’re looking to bring on a server who takes pride in the details and wants to be part of a focused, supportive team.
The Role
This is a front-of-house position centered on thoughtful, attentive service. You’ll guide guests through the menu, support the flow of service, and contribute to an environment that feels warm, composed, and genuinely hospitable.
Who We’re Looking For
- 21+ years of age
- 1–3 years of experience in a quality-driven or elevated dining environment
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- A natural sense of hospitality with a calm, confident presence
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- A genuine interest in food, wine/beverage, and continued learning
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to move with purpose in a busy service
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
