About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Water Filtration System Installer to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing residential and light commercial water purification systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a steady, flexible part-time schedule with no weekend or late-evening hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation: Install water filtration and purification systems (including reverse osmosis units, water softeners, and ice maker systems) and connect water lines to ice makers.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, system diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Filter Changes & Servicing: Conduct scheduled filter replacements, system sanitizations, and membrane testing for existing clients.
- Customer Service: Explain system operations to customers post-installation, answer basic questions, and represent our brand with professionalism and courtesy.
- Inventory & Prep: Keep your service vehicle organized and ensure you have the necessary tools and replacement parts for the day's scheduled jobs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience installing water filtration systems, plumbing, or appliance installation is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable working with various pipe materials (copper, PEX, PVC) and basic hand/power tools.
- Reliability & Schedule: Must be available for part-time hours during our standard operating window of Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. (We are happy to work with you to establish a consistent weekly schedule within these hours).
- Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in tight spaces (such as under sinks or in utility closets), and spend portions of the day on your feet.
