Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services that meet their needs
- Process cash transactions accurately, including handling cash drawers and performing cash management duties
- Promote retail sales by explaining product features, benefits, and available financial services such as retail lending or loan processing
- Maintain accurate data entry for customer information, sales records, and financial transactions using relevant software tools
- Support loan collections and processing activities to ensure timely payments and account updates
- Handle retail store operations including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for daily reconciliations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Requirements
- Prior retail sales experience or familiarity with retail store environments preferred
- Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus, especially related to retail lending or loan processing
- Strong math skills including basic math, 10 key typing, and cash handling expertise
- Experience with data entry and financial software applications is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Ability to handle cash drawer operations accurately and perform cash transactions efficiently
- Retail store experience involving cash management, cashiering, or similar roles is highly valued
