Sales and Operations Support Specialist

We're looking for a Sales and Operations Support Specialist to join our Indianapolis team and be the connective tissue between our customers, our sales team, and our shop floor. What You'll Do
- Prepare accurate customer quotations covering specs, pricing, and lead times
- Own a set of customer accounts as their go-to contact for pricing, product info, and order status
- Enter and manage orders in our ERP system from booking through delivery
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and the shop floor to keep orders on track and catch delays early
- Support purchasing, logistics, and scheduling for field service technicians and equipment
- Build the kind of customer relationships that turn into repeat business
What You Bring
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in equipment sales, service, or a related field (bachelor's a plus)
- 3-5 years in inside sales, customer service, or account management
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus, not a requirement)
- Strong organizational skills — you can juggle multiple open orders without dropping the ball
- Clear communicator who can talk specs and status with customers, engineers, and your own team
- Self-starter who's comfortable managing your own priorities day to day
- Background in equipment, electrical, or industrial manufacturing is a plus

Work Environment
Primarily office-based with occasional time on the warehouse floor. Some local/regional travel (up to 5%). Occasional lifting up to 35 lbs.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
