NP / PA Opportunity – Skilled Nursing Facility
We are currently seeking two Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This position is ideal for clinicians who enjoy internal medicine–focused care, value ongoing education, and want to make a measurable impact by reducing unnecessary hospital readmissions.
No SNF experience? We will train the right candidate through an extensive onboarding and education program.
