Director of Nursing-Home Health Care

*Salary: up to $120K per year (depending on experience and skill set)*
Qualifications:
- Must have Massachusetts RN License
- Prior home health care (HHC) experience preferred
- Have experience as a Director of Nursing
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the nursing department to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient outcomes and overall operational efficiency.
