Kennel Technician: B&S Kennels (Avon, IN)
B&S is a busy dog boarding & daycare in Avon, and summer is our peak season. We're hiring two reliable, full-time kennel techs who genuinely like dogs and take pride in their work.
This is active, hands-on work. You're on your feet most of the shift, cleaning up after dogs and moving between indoor and outdoor areas in all weather, including hot summer days. It's real work, and the people who do well here care about a clean facility and well-cared-for dogs. (Farm or restaurant experience? You already know the pace.)
The basics:
- Full-time, 30+ hrs/week
- Weekends required
- $12.50–$13.50/hr total: $10/hr base + $2.50–$3.50/hr in tips
- Experience is great but not necessary. we'll train the right person. A strong work ethic matters more than a resume.
