Responsibilities:

Functions under supervision of a Physical Therapist

Deliver high quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses

Provide a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment

Effectively communicate both verbally and written

Promote evidence based patient care
Qualifications:

Current PTA license in state of Florida
-
Current hands-on CPR/BLS Certification
-
Experience preferred, will consider a new grad

Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements
Location: Brooks Rehabilitation Inpatient Hospital located at 3599 University Blvd S, Jacksonville, FL 32216
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hours a day. Rotating 1 weekend day every 4 weeks.
Compensation: Experience, education and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
