You will work directly under our founding attorney, Ariel Lett, Esq.
Mr. Lett is the Managing Attorney of Lett Law, Miami’s premier Black-owned, multi-award-winning law firm, focusing on personal injury, criminal defense, and civil rights claims. He brings broad litigation experience to the firm. Before founding Lett Law, Mr. Lett practiced at both large and small defense firms for several years.
Mr. Lett is a skilled trial lawyer known for persuasive advocacy, sharp litigation skills, and a readiness to try cases.
In addition to his law firm experience, Mr. Lett served as a federal law clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. In that role, he evaluated and managed numerous cases and drafted orders and opinions addressing complex procedural and substantive legal issues. Mr. Lett also has litigation experience in trade secret and non-compete matters.
