Hagans Plastics is a third-generation, family-owned manufacturing company specializing in custom thermoformed plastic components for the aerospace, medical, transportation, and industrial markets. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated CNC Set-Up Operator who takes pride in producing high-quality work and wants to grow their career with us.
This is more than a machine operator position—we're looking for someone who wants to become an integral part of our manufacturing team. Employees who demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, initiative, and problem-solving skills will have opportunities to grow into CNC programming, manufacturing engineering,process improvement, supervision, and other engineering support roles.
- Set up and operate CNC routers and machining equipment for production.
- Install fixtures, tooling, and cutting tools for each job.
- Load, verify, and make adjustments to CNC programs as needed.
- Read work instructions.
- Monitor production to ensure parts meet quality standards
- Work closely with Quality, Engineering, and Production to improve manufacturing processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
