Job Summary
We are seeking a Printing Associate to support our large-format digital printing operations. This role is ideal for candidates with some prior printing experience who are interested in growing their skills in a production manufacturing environment. Experience with EFI printers is strongly preferred, as all of our large-format equipment is EFI-based.
While familiarity with large-format digital printing is helpful, candidates do not need experience on our specific machines. We provide training on our equipment and internal workflows.
Responsibilities
- Assist with setup and operation of large-format digital printers
- Load materials and monitor print jobs for quality and accuracy
- Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting
- Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Support operators and production staff as needed
- Learn and follow established print workflows
Qualifications
Required:
- Some prior printing or production experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials
Preferred:
- Experience with EFI large-format printers
- General large-format digital print experience (any platform)
- Mechanical or technical aptitude
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
