We seek an energetic, dependable, self-starter with excellent customer service skills. The ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions and directions in English is required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outdoor patrols throughout the community
- Respond to emergencies
- Complete written incident reports
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of patrol experience
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Valid, clean driver's license
- Background check required
- CPR certification required
- First Aid certification preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Black Seal Boiler License preferred
Must be available to work a regular weekly shift of:
- Friday - 5pm - 11pm; Saturday & Sunday - 3pm - 11pm
Candidate will be eligible to participate in a year-end bonus program.
