About the Role
As a Behavior Therapist (RBT), you’ll provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, schools, or community settings using evidence-based ABA programs. You’ll play a vital role in helping clients build social, communication, play, and daily living skills — while reducing behaviors that interfere with growth and independence.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- BA or BS Degree (preferred)
- RBT certification (preferred)
- Previous ABA experience or experience with special needs populations (preferred)
- Available weekday afternoons and occasional Saturdays
- Willing to drive up to 45 minutes for on-site appointments (Boise and surrounding areas)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate data and timesheets
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
