Job Responsibilities:
Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments
Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation
Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency
Qualifications:
RBT Certification or 40 hour course
Valid Driver's License, or reliable transportation (Required)
Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)
The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
Must pass a criminal background check
Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
Pay: $25-$30 per hour
