Whether you aspire to become a nurse, healthcare administrator, or anything in between, our Direct Care Training at The Kensington Bethesda will provide you with the skills you need to jumpstart your healthcare career.
This is a 5-day, in-person, paid training for newly hired team members looking to make a difference in the lives of our residents, while also enriching their own professional journeys.

What is Direct Care Training?

Paid training for new team members from Monday, August 3rd - Friday, August 7th at 9am-5pm taking place at Kensington Park Senior Living.

Certificated program led by our Community Nursing Support, RN.

Open to newly hired Caregivers / Care Partners - PCA, HHA, CNA certification not required.
What You’ll Gain:
