Carson Valley Inn Casino is seeking a qualified, self motivated, individuals with exceptional customer services skills.
Responsibilities of the Security Ambassador:
- Security Ambassador assists with guest and employee safety and service, as well as various departments
Requirements of the Security Ambassador:
- Security Ambassador should have Prior Casino Security and/or public service as well as exceptional Customer Service experience.
- Security Ambassador should have excellent judgment, situational awareness, decision making skills and great verbal de-escalation skills.
- Security Ambassador must be able to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules regulations
- Security Ambassador must be at least 21 years old and obtain a Nevada Gaming Card
- Security Ambassador must have computer experience.
- Security Ambassador must have good verbal and written skills, along with exceptional guest service skills. Shift:
- Current Valid Drivers License
- Demonstrate situational awareness
- Able to obtain a NV Gaming Control Card
Shift : Varied-Weekend and Holiday work required
