Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor and Front Desk Associate during the day shift! Duties
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience
- Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and guest accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies
- Manage guest requests promptly, addressing concerns related to room service, amenities, or other needs to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, incident reports, and shift logs to ensure operational transparency and accountability
- Support front desk operations during daytime hours by assisting with reservations, cancellations, and guest check-ins/outs
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards while promoting a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; hotel experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Ability to work independently during night shifts as well as collaboratively with team members during day shifts
- Hospitality management certification or relevant training is advantageous but not mandatory
