Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead a landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Lead the team in landscape maintenance activities including lawn care, tree care, and groundskeeping.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Oversee irrigation systems maintenance to ensure optimal water usage for landscapes.
- Train team members on best practices in landscape maintenance, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute landscaping projects from start to finish.
Experience
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or a related field, with a strong understanding of horticulture practices.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, and groundskeeping practices is essential.
- Ability to maintain equipment and tools used in landscaping operations.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and management.
