We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Shop Operator to join our manufacturing team. If you enjoy working with precision equipment, solving problems, and producing high-quality products, we'd love to meet you.
As a Machine Shop Operator, you'll operate CNC and manual machining equipment to manufacture quality components while ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency throughout the production process.
What You'll Do
- Operate CNC and manual machine tools including mills, lathes, saws, lasers, drills, and fabrication equipment.
- Set up equipment using engineering drawings and production instructions.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
- Monitor machine performance and make routine adjustments.
- Replace tooling and perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet production goals.
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred.
- CNC machining experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring equipment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements
This position requires standing for extended periods, frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, operation of manufacturing equipment, and the use of precision measuring instruments.
