Job title: Surgical Technologist – Operating Room
Location: Burlington, MA
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day 12x3 (7:00 AM–7:30 PM)
Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to join the Operating Room team at Lahey Clinic. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of OR experience, preferably in a large hospital setting, and be comfortable working independently across multiple surgical specialties.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of Surgical Technologist/Operating Room experience; 4–5 years preferred.
- Large hospital experience required.
- Strong experience across multiple surgical services.
- Must be independently competent with transplant, cardiac, and vascular cases.
- Epic experience required.
- NSBSTA certification required.
- Flu vaccination required prior to start.
- Must be available for approximately 3 call shifts per month, including overnight and weekend call.
- No local candidates within 50 miles.
- Candidates must have been separated from BILH for at least 6 months to be considered.
