- Monday–Saturday: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Sunday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Can Can Coffee House is the morning-side of Can Can Brasserie. We’re building something special here, and we’re looking for an experienced barista to help take it to the next level. You’ll work on a classic espresso machine in a space where French music plays in the background, fresh croissants come out of the oven each morning, and every detail is about creating a great guest experience. It's not just about the coffee — it's about starting the day right, for our guests and our team.
What You’ll Do
- Greet every guest with warmth and energy
- Prepare espresso, drip coffee, and other café drinks using a classic manual espresso machine
- Customize orders with care and speed
- Recommend pastries and menu items based on guest preferences
- Keep your bar clean, stocked, and ready for service
- Help maintain flow during the morning rush
- Support team needs — bussing, light food prep, or café upkeep
- Bring a positive, professional attitude to every shift
Pay & Growth Path
- Training Rate: $13/hr for your first 4 shifts (no tips during training)
- Post-Training Rate: Base pay starts at $10-13/hr
- Tip Pool: Average of $7-10/hr added on top of base pay
- Typical Take-Home: Around $17-20/hr (base + tips)
- Growth Path: Boost your base pay by taking on a leadership role in the morning Coffee House service. Increase your tips by growing sales and delivering top-tier service that builds a loyal, returning guest base.
What We're Looking For
- Previous barista or guest service experience required
- Confidence operating espresso equipment and preparing high-quality drinks
- Strong communication, multitasking skills, and attention to detail
- A naturally positive attitude and pride in delivering excellent customer service
- Dependable, punctual, and available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
