EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
In this role, you will provide clerical and research support to ensure vehicle records are correct and that customers receive clear, accurate information. The work involves reviewing documents, preparing correspondence, and assisting customers and partners. As a Clerical Assistant 3, you will perform the following duties:

Correspondence Work: Prepare, revise, and proofread letters and executive correspondence for internal and external customers

Record Research: Review vehicle records, source documents, and program files to resolve discrepancies and provide accurate information

Transaction Processing: Process vehicle titling, registration, and related transactions within required systems

Customer Assistance: Respond to inquiries from customers, partners, and service providers through phone, email, and written communication

Help Desk Support: Provide guidance for ELT and NMVTIS users by researching records and offering accurate program information

Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed files, spreadsheets, work logs, and electronic records to support unit operations

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 75 hours bi-weekly

Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
