Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Production Line Worker to support the assembly of light fixtures, fire alarm devices, and exit signage. This role is essential to ensuring product quality, consistency, and timely production output.
This position also offers the opportunity to expand into shipping and logistics functions over time, providing valuable cross training and growth within the team.
Responsibilities
- Assemble light fixtures, fire alarm units, and exit signs according to specifications and production standards
- Follow work instructions, diagrams, and safety protocols to ensure consistent product quality
- Inspect components and finished products for accuracy and defects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Meet daily and weekly production targets
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve workflow efficiency
Additional Responsibilities (as needed)
- Assist with packaging and preparing products for shipment
- Support shipping and receiving processes, including labeling and order verification
- Serve as a backup resource for shipping operations after training
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
