Responsibilities:
- Close deals with qualified prospects generated through both outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries.
- Work warm and hot leads transferred directly from our front-end team.
- Conduct professional sales presentations and consultations with business owners.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within the CRM.
- Collaborate with management and support staff to maximize close rates and client success.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience preferred.
- Proven history of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipelines is preferred.
