Location: Warehouse/ Office is in Scotia Glenville, NY- We work within an hour radius of the office. Full- Time| Monday-Friday | Overtime available
We are a BAC Local 2 Union Commercial Tile Subcontractor looking for an experienced Commercial Tile Setter to join our team. We are seeking dependable, safety-conscious professionals who take pride in producing high-quality work on commercial projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial tile setting experience
- Current OSHA 10 Certification (required)
- Experience installing ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, quarry tile, and other commercial tile systems
- Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and project specifications
- Experience with surface preparation, waterproofing, mortar application, cutting, setting, grouting, caulking, and finishing
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting materials, while following all jobsite safety standards
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Finish commercial tile installations to a high standard
- Grout, caulk, silicone, and complete final detailing
- Perform quality control inspections and touch-ups
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company, BAC, and OSHA safety requirements
What We Offer:

- Journeyman Tile Setter Wage: $38.31 per hour
- Employer-paid fringe benefits: $21.83 per hour, including Health Insurance, Pension, Annuity, Training, and other negotiated union benefits
- Total compensation package: $60.14 per hour
