Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency with established recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to provide outstanding customer service and enhance their overall experience
- Manage multiple orders efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, accurately processing cash and card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate shortages promptly to management
- Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender with a strong foundation in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development
- Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining high-quality service standards
- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Experience with cash handling, retail math, and basic math skills for accurate order processing
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
