About Homestead Hall
Homestead Hall is a small, resident-focused rest home serving stable, long-term residents. Our setting is calm, consistent, and relationship-driven—allowing you to truly connect with those you care for.
What You’ll Do
- Administer medications per policy
- Communicate with families, physicians, and pharmacies
- Supervise and support Resident Care Aides
- Ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met
- Maintain a safe, positive, and welcoming environment
- Serve as the leader on shift
What We’re Looking For
- 21+ years old
- Prior healthcare or caregiving experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Compassion for working with older adults
- Ability to pass: CORI, SORI, OIG, and MA CNA Registry checks
