· Play an active role in promoting positive employee relations and engagement
· Actively support and participate in a culture of safety and continuous improvement within assigned facilities
· Interpret and execute designs from blueprints and specifications, knowing how to read and understand the drawings and ladder logic
· Layout all wire harnesses to current run location
· Use pinners to be able to set and create wire
· Wire all helms correctly with jumpers
· Build any helm within tact time
· Rework electrical components to be able to keep production moving if potential supplier issue
· Engine installation as needed
· Work through hole/installation issues to help provide commonization throughout models
· Conduct quality checks to ensure the boat’s seaworthiness and adherence to safety standards
· Check, troubleshoot, and fix all electrical issues and also have the ability to create ways to test electrical components
· Communicate all issues or opportunities with Electrical Engineering
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
· Train, coach, and mentor other team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
· Collaborate with Supervisors, Group Leaders, and functional support to achieve daily work targets
· Adapt to changes in responsibility, processes, procedures, or work schedules as needed
