Brighter View Foundation and Brighter View Life Enrichment Center are hiring compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

HCBS Services You May Provide
Depending on the individual's needs and your qualifications, services may include:
- Attendant Care
- Habilitation (Hab)
- Respite Care
- Community Integration
- Independent Living Skills Training
- Personal Support Services
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, dressing, and grooming
- Teach and reinforce daily living, communication, and independent living skills through habilitation services
- Provide respite care to support families and primary caregivers
- Encourage community participation, recreation, and social engagement
- Assist with meal planning, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Provide transportation to appointments, community activities, employment, or other approved destinations
- Follow each individual's person-centered service plan
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of services provided
- Promote safety, dignity, independence, confidence, and personal choice
- Build positive, respectful relationships with individuals, families, and team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Experience in caregiving, healthcare, education, behavioral health, or human services is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional
Required Certifications
- CPR & First Aid Certification
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- Article 9 Certification
Preferred Certifications
- Prevention and Support (P&S/PROUD)
- Direct Care Worker (DCW) Training
