Milestone Treatment Center is seeking a Recovery Support Specialist to observe and monitor patients in treatment and reporting duties as assigned by the direct supervisor. This is a non-clinical role, but as the Recovery Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals in recovery from Substance Abuse and Mental Health.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Knowledgeble of all stages of treatment, relapse, and recovery
- Transporting clients to and from Clinical Programming
- Scheduling Flexibility
- Ability to AMA Block
- Redirecting clients out of group
- Observe daily activity and perform routine audits
- Perform randomized and scheduled UDS's and Breathalyzers
- Understand and follow all State and Federal HIPPA Laws
- Remains calm under pressure
- Oversee cleanliness of properties
- Ensuring client safety - including, but not limited to having crisis intervention training and reporting all potential hazardous situations
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Completing tasks as requested by assigned Supervisor
Qualifications
- Experience or education in substance abuse or related fields is preferred.
- Clean driving record
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards is essential.
- Skills in crisis intervention and patient care are necessary for success in this role.
- Experience in addiction counseling is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Must have 4+ years of valid drivers license
- Must have a clean driving record
