As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be a main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of multifamily and property management accounts, helping customers plan projects, solve problems, and find new ways to grow. You'll manage existing relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
This role includes both inbound and outbound outreach, and is a good fit for someone who thrives on service, follow through, and relationship based selling.
What You'll Be Doing
Customer Portfolio Support
- Maintain active engagement with assigned accounts
- Provide timely support and communication
- Follow up with accounts that have gone quiet to understand needs and re engage business
- Maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts and contacts
Revenue Growth
- Increase units sold within assigned portfolios
- Identify new projects within existing customer relationships
- Identify and pursue new customer relationships within a defined market
- Support customers with product education and training
Sales Collaboration
- Work closely with other sales teams to support overall growth
- Share market and customer insights with the broader sales organization
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of inside sales, account management, or customer success experience
- Exceptional relationship building, communication, and problem solving skills
- Experience working in a CRM environment (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfort leading virtual meetings and presenting to customers

Schedule
Houston, TX. In office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
