REGNIER is seeking one or more (a) Licensed Real Estate Sales Associates/Agents and/or (b) Recruiters.
Real Estate Sales Associates have potential to make tremendous income. Whether you are newly licensed, looking to become licensed or a seasoned real estate professional, let’s talk about your real estate goals.
Prefer the role of a Recruiter? Assist in locating experienced or newly licensed real estate sales associates that would be a good fit for the brokerage. Work remotely full or part time and at your own pace. You can maintain your current job if it’s not a conflict of interest. You’ll be responsible for vetting agents, onboarding and mentoring of agents if experienced.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Florida Real Estate License in good standing or interested in becoming a licensed Real Estate professional;
- For Recruiting role, experience in recruiting is a plus but not a requirement;
- 2+ Years of real estate sales a plus but not required;
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients; Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously; Knowledge of fair housing regulations and real estate law; Multilingual abilities are not required;
- Verbal and written communication skills are required;
Compensation:
There are two (2) ways to earn Compensation as a Recruiter and/or as a Real Estate Sales Associate/Agent to REGNIER;
- 1st is Commission based on annual sales activity of each Sales Associate introduced to the brokerage (example below).
- 2nd is Commission for individual sales production as a Licensed Sales Associate;
- Inquire for full details on commission structure.
Commission Example: You introduce and mentor 1 agent to REGNIER that average $3 million in annual sales at 3% sales commission. Your annual Commission as a recruiting agent is up to $6,500 per year. Continue to receive commission year after year for each agent introduced to the brokerage when you take on a mentor role. Imagine if you introduced more agents to the brokerage. REGNIER currently has MLS access to Northeast Florida MLS and Southeast Florida, combined covering the east coast of Florida (Jacksonville to Miami). Broker is willing to expand MLS access to other areas in Florida.
