Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and implement strategic patient recruitment plans tailored to each clinical trial’s specific needs, ensuring timely enrollment of eligible participants
- Collaborate closely with clinical investigators, study coordinators, and healthcare providers to identify potential candidates through various channels including EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems and community outreach
- Screen prospective participants by reviewing medical histories, conducting interviews, and verifying eligibility criteria based on protocol requirements and FDA regulations
- Educate patients about study procedures, benefits, risks, and ethical considerations to foster informed consent and sustained engagement
- Monitor patient progress throughout the trial duration, ensuring compliance with clinical ethical guidelines and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities, screening results, and participant data in accordance with CDISC (Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium) standards and data management protocols
- Ensure adherence to healthcare compliance regulations, clinical quality assurance standards, and project management timelines for seamless trial execution
Experience
- Sales experience required
- Proven experience in clinical research settings with a focus on patient recruitment or enrollment management
- Supervising experience in healthcare or research environments is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical laboratory procedures, and blood sampling techniques
- Familiarity with EMR systems, statistical software, and data collection tools used in clinical trials
- Demonstrated understanding of FDA regulations, ICH GCP guidelines, and clinical ethical standards governing human subject research
- Experience with project management in healthcare or research projects to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively
- Certification in ICH GCP from a recognized issuer for CA or equivalent certification is preferred
- Skills in analysis using statistical software packages to interpret recruitment trends and optimize strategies
- Ability to review complex documentation accurately while maintaining compliance with clinical research methods and quality assurance standards
