Position Overview
Pure Roots is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Catering Specialists to support our weekday catering and takeout operations. This role is essential to ensuring orders are executed with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
You will work directly with our Toast POS system, manage order flow, package meals with care, and deliver food within the building or to designated pickup locations. This position is ideal for individuals who value structure, consistency, and teamwork in a fast-paced corporate food-service environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the Toast POS system to manage incoming catering and to-go orders
- Accurately bag, label, and stage orders with strong attention to detail and presentation
- Deliver food to office suites and designated pickup areas in a timely, professional manner
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff regarding order updates or issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked takeout station
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service during brief interactions
- Assist with restocking packaging and service supplies as needed
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Punctual, dependable, and organized
- Previous food service, café, or catering experience preferred
- Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Must have reliable transportation and a personal vehicle

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
